As the CEO of Deneane’s Executive Services, I lead a team dedicated to providing practical strategies and sustainable solutions for organizations and executives. With extensive experience as a C-suite executive assistant and administrator, I have developed a keen understanding of the intricacies of executive support, strategic planning, and organizational management.

My career includes a role as Marketing & Communications Manager at the Institute for Defense and Business (IDB), where I crafted impactful marketing campaigns and elevated the organization’s brand presence. This experience, coupled with my expertise in administration, project management, and strategic implementation, has equipped me to guide clients in achieving their goals with precision and creativity.

Certified as an Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®), I bring a people-centered approach to my work, integrating marketing insights with a focus on organizational and strategic objectives. At DES, I foster a collaborative culture that values continuous learning and innovation, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations for long-term success.
